How we use it

  • Quick app-to-app integrations with minimal setup
  • Trigger-based notifications and alerts
  • Form submission routing to CRM or email tools
  • Simple data sync between two platforms
  • Automating repetitive admin tasks across popular SaaS apps

Zapier is the fastest way to connect two apps and get a workflow running. When a client needs something built quickly — a form that adds leads to a CRM, a Slack notification when a deal closes, a spreadsheet that logs new sign-ups — Zapier is often the right call.

Why we use Zapier

Zapier’s breadth of integrations is unmatched. With thousands of supported apps, it’s rarely the case that a client’s tool isn’t covered. For straightforward automation needs, it’s the most practical choice: low setup overhead, easy for non-technical teams to understand and maintain, and reliable for the use cases it’s designed for.

What we build with it

We use Zapier for automations that follow a clear trigger-action pattern: when this happens, do that. Common builds include lead capture from website forms routed into a CRM or email sequence, internal notifications triggered by sales activity, and lightweight data sync between tools that don’t have a native integration.

When we choose Zapier over other tools

Zapier works best for straightforward flows where speed of delivery and ease of maintenance matter most. For workflows that require complex branching, data transformation, or error recovery, we typically reach for Make. But for many everyday automation needs, Zapier gets the job done cleanly and efficiently.
