Circle is the community platform of choice for many creators, course operators, and membership businesses. Our automation work with Circle focuses on making the community experience feel seamless — from the moment someone joins, through ongoing engagement, and into any adjacent products or services.

Why we work with Circle

A Circle community sits at the centre of a member’s relationship with a brand. But it rarely exists in isolation — most clients also have an email platform, a CRM, a course tool, and a payment processor. When those systems don’t talk to each other, new members fall through cracks: they don’t get a proper welcome, their CRM record doesn’t reflect their membership status, or their engagement data stays locked inside Circle.

What we build with it

Common Circle integrations include new member onboarding workflows that trigger a welcome email sequence, add the contact to the right segment in an email tool, and create or update a CRM record. We also build engagement-based automations that respond to member activity — a post, a comment, an event sign-up — and use those signals to personalise follow-up or flag high-intent members for a sales conversation.

For membership businesses that sell through Circle’s native payments or an external tool like Stripe, we connect the purchase event to the downstream systems so that access, email sequences, and CRM records all update automatically.

Our approach

Community automations need to feel human. We build workflows that handle the logistics invisibly — the right tags, the right sequences, the right CRM updates — so that the experience a member has feels personal rather than automated.
