From there we design and build the Airtable base structure, starting with the CRM and leads pipeline. By the end of month one you have a working, properly structured foundation.

Operations — Projects & Onboarding

We build out the operational layer: project tracking, task management, and client onboarding. Everything links back to the CRM so you can see a complete picture of every client relationship in one view. We also begin connecting your external tools — forms, email, calendar.

Automation & Handover

The final month is about making the system work for you without manual effort. We build the automations that keep records updated, trigger onboarding steps, and notify the right people at the right time. We finish with reporting dashboards, full documentation, and a handover session so you and your team feel confident using it.
